The concept of the Elite Business Alliance model is simple. To make membership affordable, build strong relationships, and build lasting friendships.

When we service the needs of our clients, they recommend and refer business to our members, and the feedback received is vital for our organization to grow.

All customers receive a feedback survey to the local chapter than can rate a member’s services, and the local chapter must form a committee to address any negative reviews, address complaints with the member, and respond to any complaint appropriately. The committee is charged with this responsibility and depending on the outcome, membership can be terminated.

As industry professionals, we all have a fiduciary responsibility to the customer to make certain their complaint is addressed appropriately to maintain the integrity of our organization.

To get started, all vendors must be licensed, bonded, and insured (depending on your business as not all vendors need to be licensed, bonded and insured) to protect and promote the reputation of our association. Vendors with employees must provide a copy of their workers compensation policy.

We recommend that a representative of the company attend an Elite Business Alliance chapter meeting first before deciding to apply for an annual membership. Once he/she has attended, the prospective member will receive a member application to fill out to be considered for the group. If approved, he/she will be invited to remit payment and become an official EBA member once voted on by the EBA board.

The cost to attend a chapter meeting is $10/guest (excludes processing fees) and includes lunch.

To register, please click on the month and choose the EBA guest option. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@elitebusinessalliance.net
